In 2022, our owners purchased this beloved Kohala Coast vacation rental from a dear friend, and embarked on a major renovation project. Working with a team of local contractors, designers and sustainability experts, they've created a place where families, friends and the Kohala community can create memories that last a lifetime.
The Last Resort is more than just a Big Island vacation rental. By integrating Hawaiian art, partnering with local vendors, and growing native species, guests are immersed in local culture, foods and history.
